2. By common judgment of the lower appellate court, a

decree granted in favour of the appellant - wife for restitution of

conjugal rights and the one refusing to grant divorce to the husband -

respondent, has been reversed by the common judgment and order of

the lower appellate court.

3. Issue notice before admission in both the appeals

returnable on 21-06-2022.
