In all these writ petitions, a common question arises for consideration. During the course of hearing, it was found that if a compilation of judgments is placed before this Court, relevant to the point in issue, it would facilitate decision of these petitions at the earliest.

2. Mr. Kukday, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners in these petitions submits that such a compilation of judgments shall be placed before this Court within a period of one week from today. Copies of the compilations shall be furnished to the learned counsel appearing for respondents.
