During the course of argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner has invited attention of this Court to some portion of the original record which was called by this Court. Specific reliance is placed on Exh. 29, which is a set of documents filed before the Tribunal in support of the contention of the petitioner that he was indeed working continuously in the Adivasi Academy Uchcha Prathamik Shala.

2. A perusal of the impugned judgment and order passed by the Tribunal shows that while there is reference to certain documents, there does not appear to

be detailed discussion pertaining to documents at Exh. 29 before the Tribunal.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the contesting respondents submits that the documents on which the petitioner is placing reliance will have to be dealt with in detail. Hence Rule, returnable on 21/06/2022.

4. Shri Dubey, learned AGP waives service of notice for respondent No.2/State, Shri Majid, learned counsel waives service of notice for respondent No.3 and Shri Mohgaonkar, learned counsel waives service of notice of respondent Nos.1 & 4.
