2. The petitioner is aggrieved by the Judgment and order passed by the Tahsildar in the proceeding under the Mamlatdar Courts Act 1906, as also the order passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer in revision preferred by him, whereby in spite of having recorded an observation that the suit of the respondents was fled beyond the statutory period of six months from the date of frst cause of action, the matter has been remanded back to the Mamlatdars' Court.
3. Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 3 August 2022.
4. Learned AGP waives service of notice on behalf of respondent Nos.2 and 3.
5. Operation of the order of the learned Sub-Divisional Officer shall stand stayed till then.
