The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has deposited the entire compensation amount before the trial Court, hence requested to stay the judgment and order passed by the learned Commissioner for Employees Compensation and Judge, Labour Court, Jalna in W.C.A. (C) No.7/2019 dated 17th November, 2021.
