2. Mr. Rohit Joshi, learned counsel appearing for the non-applicants has relied upon the judgment of this Court in the case of Laxmanrao Mahadeo Nikose Vs. Narayan Mahadeo Nikose 2014 (5) Mh.L.J. 772, to contend that no error can be attributed to the Court below in dismissing the application for rejection of plaint filed on behalf of the petitioner under Order 7 Rule 11 of the Civil Procedure Code.
