PER COURT :

1. Heard the learned advocate for the petitioner.

2. The petitioner is the original plaintiff. The suit was decreed by

the trial court. In an appeal by the respondent, the judgment and decree of

the trial court was quashed and set aside and suit was remanded for decision

afresh by giving an opportunity to both the sides to lead evidence. Pursuant to

such direction and liberty, the petitioner submitted an affidavit in lieu of his

examination-in-chief. By the order under challenge in this petition, at the

request of the respondent-defendant to delete some portion of the

examination-in-chief it has been directed to be deleted.

3. Issue notice returnable on 19-07-2022.

4. Till the next date, the suit shall stand stayed.
