06/05/2022, this application was allowed and it was proposed that Smt. Justice Vasanti Naik (Retired) would act as the sole arbitrator. But, on a request letter issued by the Registry to the proposed arbitrator to submit her consent and disclosure statement, she has expressed her inability to do so.

2. In view of the above, this Court proposes to appoint Shri Justice B. P. Dharmadhikari (Retired) as the sole arbitrator. The Registry to issue a request letter to the proposed arbitrator to submit his consent and disclosure statement.
