1. By order dated 01/08/2018 this Court had stayed the

execution and implementation of the impugned judgment subject to

deposit of Rs.2,00,000/- within a week.

2. Though office notings indicate that the amount is not yet

deposited, learned counsel for the Appellant as well as Respondent

concede that amount of Rs.2,00,000/- has been deposited on

04/08/2018.

3. In the light of the said statement, execution and
