2. By way of this writ petition, the petitioners, who stood retired
on 30.06.2018, are praying for issuance of a direction regarding grant
of one annual increment which was due on 01.07.2018 and to refix
the pension accordingly.
3. After hearing both the sides, it transpires that this issue is no
more res integra. The Division Bench of this Court has already taken
a view in several similar matters by a common Judgment in
Writ Petition No.14632 of 2021 dated 04.05.2022, which in turn has
adopted the view of the Co-ordinate Bench taken earlier in Writ
Petition No.6396 of 2020 by the Judgment and order dated

24.06.2021 and confirmed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court by
dismissing the Special Leave to Appeal (C) No.206 of 2022 on
12.01.2022.
4. In the light of above, the Writ Petition is allowed in terms of
prayer clause 'B' and disposed of.
