. By these Applications, the Applicant has sought stay of execution

and implementation of the impugned judgments and awards dated

28/09/2017 passed by the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Nashik in Land

Acquisition Reference No.34/2012 and 35/2012 respectively.

2. Learned counsel for the Applicant states that the entire

compensation as per the impugned judgments and awards will be

deposited before the Reference Court within a period of four weeks. In

the light of the said statement, execution and implementation of the

impugned judgment is stayed till the next date of hearing.

3. Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 10/08/2022. Private

service is permitted. Learned AGP waives service on behalf of the

Respondent - State.
