Heard Mr. Prasad, learned counsel for the appellant.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 25.7.2022.

Learned APP waives service of notice for Respondent No.1/State.

The appellant to serve the Respondent No.2 by all modes permissible in law including Hamdast by the returnable date.

In addition to the above, learned APP shall also ensure service of notice upon Respondent No..2.

Cri. Application (APPA) No. 550/2022 The application seeks suspension of sentence and release of the appellant on bail.

Mr. Prasad, learned counsel for the appellant/applicant submits that the liberty of the appellant was protected by the learned trial Court after the judgment by the order dated 15.6.2022 for a period (2) 1apeal435.22

of one month, which would be expiring on 15.7.2022. He further submits that during the trial, appellant was on bail. The fine amount has been deposited, to demonstrate which the receipt has been placed on record (pg 118).

Though learned APP opposes, by an ad-interim order, considering that the liberty of the appellant was already protected, the order dated 15.6.2022 shall remain in force till the returnable date.
