By this writ petition, the petitioners have challenged judgment and order dated 05.03.2021, passed by the School Tribunal at Chandrapur, whereby an appeal filed by respondent No.1, was partly allowed, the order of termination of service was set aside and a de novo enquiry was directed from the stage of re-constitution of the inquiry committee under Rule 36(2)(a) of the Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools Conditions of Service Rules, 1981.

2. The respondent No.1 is represented by learned counsel and it is submitted on behalf of the parties that the dispute is now amicably settled and accordingly, a compromise petition, signed by the petitioner No.1-Management through its Secretary and the respondent No.1 as well as their counsel, is handed over. Same is taken on record and marked as 'X'.

3. It is submitted on behalf of the parties that this petition could be disposed of in terms of the compromise between the parties.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the compromise petition placed on record today.

5. The parties are directed to abide by the terms of the compromise.
