1. Pursuant to order of 16th June 2022, Ms. Kantharia seeks extension of time to

file the affidavit contemplated in the order dated 16 th June 2022. Time to file affidavit

is extended by one week from today.

2. In the meantime, on behalf of the petitioner, it is submitted that several aspects

referred to in the judgment and order, dated 28 th / 29th / 2nd May 2016 passed in

Public Interest Litigation No.84 of 2013, have not been complied with. He has today

handed over a tabulated statement identifying areas of non-compliance.

3. We direct the respondent-State to respond to this tabulated statement with

remarks as to how the order of this court has been complied as of today and such

tabulated statement can be kept ready on the next date of hearing.

4. List the PIL on 4th August 2022.
