. By this Application, the Applicant has sought stay of execution

and implementation of the impugned judgment and award dated

30/08/2018 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Nashik

in Land Acquisition Reference No.369 of 2010.

2. Learned counsel for the Applicant states that the compensation as

per the impugned judgment and award will be deposited within four

weeks. In the light of said statement, execution and implementation of

the impugned judgment is stayed till the next date of hearing.
