. By this Application, the Applicant has sought stay of execution

and implementation of the impugned judgment and award dated

04/02/2021 passed by the Chairman, MACT, Pune in Motor Accident

Claim Petition No.1071 of 2009.

2. Learned counsel for the Applicant states that the compensation as

per the impugned judgment and award will be deposited within a

period of four weeks. In the light of said statement, execution and

implementation of the impugned judgment is stayed till the next date

of hearing.
