and 3 on instructions states that affidavit in reply would be filed in all
these matters within two weeks from today with a copy to be served
upon the petitioners' counsel simultaneously. Rejoinder, if any, shall
be filed within one week thereafter. Both the parties through their
respective counsel agree to file written arguments along with copies
of the judgments which they propose to rely upon in support of their
rival submissions in advance with a copy to be served on other side.
2. Place these matters on board for directions on 22 nd
February, 2022 for fixing an early date for final hearing of this batch
of writ petitions.
3. Original side Writ Petition (Lodging ) No.26170 of 2021.
Mentioned not on board. Mr.Talekar, learned counsel for the
petitioners states that this writ petition is identical to the aforesaid
petitions and seeks circulation of this writ petition along with this
batch of writ petitions. Office is directed to place also this writ petition
along with these writ petitions on the same date. The respondent
nos.2 and 3 is directed to file affidavit in reply also in this writ petition
simultaneously with a copy to be served to the other side. Rejoinder,
if any, shall be filed within one week thereafter.
4. Place Civil Writ Petition(Stamp) No.2342 of 2022 also
along with this batch of writ petitions on the same date. Affidavit in
reply shall be filed by the respondent nos.2 and 3 in this writ petition
