 .             This petition takes an exception to the judgment and order

dated 22nd April, 2016 passed by the District Judge- 1, Ichalkaranji,

District- Kolhapur in Misc. Civil Appeal No. 16 of 2015.

2. In the suit fled by Respondent No. 1, the trial Court by order

dated 29th April, 2015 restrained the present Petitioner / Original

Defendant No. 3 from creating third party interest in the suit

properties. The said order of the trial Court was challenged by the

Petitioner / Original Defendant No. 3 in appeal. The Appellate Court

dismissed the appeal fled by the Petitioner / Defendant No. 3 by the

impugned judgment and order.

3. In absence of any interim order, I am not inclined to entertain

the present petition after six years against the impugned judgment and

order.

4. The petition is dismissed.
