1. By order dated 21st December, 2021, this Court had granted

ad-interim relief in terms of prayer Clause (e) which reads thus:

"(e) pending the hearing and final disposal of the captioned Execution Application, this Hon'ble Court freeze/attach the

bank acccount of the Defendant No.1 being account no. 04090200001860, Bank of Baroda, Opera House Branch;"

2. Before any further reliefs are granted, it would be only

appropriate if the amount in the aforesaid account number

04090200001860 in Bank of Baroda, Opera House Branch is made

known to the Court. In these circumstances, it is directed that the Bank

of Baroda, Opera House Bank shall disclose to the Applicant/ Decree

Holder the amount to the credit of account number 04090200001860

within a period of two weeks from today.

3. Place the above Interim Application for further reliefs on

27th January, 2022.

4. All parties to act on an authenticated copy of this order

digitally signed by the Personal Assistant /Private Secretary/Associate

of this Court.
