Pursuant to the order dated 9th September, 2021, learned counsel

for the appellants have served a copy of the draft amendment proposed

to be carried out by the learned counsel for the appellants. Mr.Naidu,

learned counsel for the respondent no.1 opposes this draft amendment.

The appellants are at liberty to file interim application for seeking

amendment in the Commercial Appeal No. 55 of 2019. If any such KVM

8 - COMAP 55 OF 2019.doc interim application is filed, a copy thereof shall be served upon the

respondents advocates within one week from the date of filing such

interim application. The respondents would be at liberty to file reply

within two weeks from the date of service of the interim application

with a copy to be served upon the appellants' advocate simultaneously.

Rejoinder, if any, to be filed within one week thereafter with a copy to

be served upon the respondents' advocate simultaneously.

2. If any such interim application is filed, place the said interim

application along with this appeal on board on 2nd March, 2022.
