1. Though this proceeding was styled as second appeal, it is a

proceeding under section 72 of the Maharashtra Public Trust Act. In

view of the Full Bench Judgment of this Court in the matter of

Prabhakar Sambhu Chaudhary Vs. Laxman Baban Mali and others

reported in (2016) 3 Mh.L.J. 202, Mr. Y.B. Bolkar seeks leave to

convert the present second appeal into first appeal.

2. Leave is grated to convert this second appeal into first

appeal. Necessary amendment be carried out till 11.2.2022.
