1] Caste claim of the petitioners is invalidated.
2] Mr.Golegaonkar, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there are many validities issued in the family of the petitioners. The judgment shows many contra entries of Maratha. According to the learned counsel for the petitioners, the persons as against whom the contra entries are recorded, are not relatives of the petitioners. The same will have to be verified.
3] Issue notice to the respondents. Learned AGP waives notice for all respondents and seeks time.
