PER COURT:-
1. The petitioner seeks notional benefit of annual increment considering the date of retirement to be 1st July.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in similar set of facts this Court in Writ Petition No.6396/2020 under order dated 24.06.2021 has allowed the petition and directed to grant last annual increment.
3. The learned counsel further submits that, the said judgment of the Division Bench of this Court has been confirmed by the Apex Court. The Special Leave Petition filed by the State is dismissed.
