PER COURT :

In spite of the rights being claimed by the petitioners having been already decided by this Court in Writ Petition No. 3126/2020 by the judgment and order dated 24.11.2022, the petitioners have been ill advised and taking a chance to move the similar matter before the Coordinate bench seeking to protect their encroachment which this Court had already directed to be removed. It is a sheer abuse of process of law and wastage of valuable time of the Court.

2. The Writ Petition is dismissed.

3. We are restraining ourselves from passing any order in respect of costs which the petitioners deserve just because they are coming from a lower economical strata.
