According to the learned Counsel for the petitioners, in view of the judgment of this Court in Writ Petition No. 4093/2015 decided on 23/2/2016 (Shri Balbir Singh s/o Pritam Singh Renu) Vs. State of Maharashtra and others), the reservation as regards W-57 and W-58 has been declared to have lapsed in view of Section 127 of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966, however, notification indicating such lapsing has not been issued.
Issue notice to the respondents, returnable in three weeks. The learned Assistant Government Pleader waives notice for respondent No.1.
