1. On a praecipe dated August 22, 2022, moved by Mr.
Hassan Khan, learned advocate for the petitioners in Writ
Petition No.2663 of 2021 and Writ Petition (St) No.7549 of
2021, for speaking to the minutes of the order dated July 29,
2022, these matters have been listed today.
2. Mr. Khan submits that it has not been referred to in
paragraph 50 of the order that the lead writ petition (Writ
Petition No.2663 of 2021) has succeeded along with other
similar writ petitions. He also submits that there are other
typographical errors, which need to be corrected.
3. There are indeed certain inadvertent typographical
errors in the judgment and order dated July 29, 2022.
Necessary corrections, as indicated below, be carried out
therein:
a. The number of the lead writ petition being Writ
Petition No. 2663 of 2021 be inserted immediately
after the third bracket in the first line of paragraph 50
of the order.
b. Further, the dates `January 17, 2000' and `July 28,
2000' appearing in paragraph 30, on page 34, of the
904-cwp2663-2021 & ors-spkm
said order shall stand corrected to read `January 17,
2020 and `July 28, 2020', respectively.
c. The name of Mr. Hassan Khan be inserted in the very
first record of appearance, on page 8 of the said
order, after the name of Mr. Sayyed Tauseef.
4. This order shall be read as part of the judgment and
order dated July 29, 2022.
