parties are settled out of Court and the amounts due under the Award

dated 15th February, 2021 are satisfied. In these circumstances, she seeks

leave to unconditionally withdraw the Execution Application.

2. In these circumstances, the Execution Application is

dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.

3. In view of the disposal of the Execution Application,

nothing survives in the above Interim Application and the same is

disposed of accordingly.
