. Heard learned Counsel for applicant.

2. Learned Counsel for applicant submits that, applicant

has challenged the judgment and award passed by the

Reference Court on various grounds. Hence, requested to

stay impugned order.

3. Considering the submissions of learned Counsel, the

impugned order is stayed till next date, subject to deposit of

entire award amount before this Court within six (06)

weeks'.
