1. The appellant has sought stay of execution and implementation of

the impugned judgment and award dated 10.05.2022 in MACP 1210 of

2019. Learned Counsel for the appellant states that the compensation

along with interest as per the impugned judgment and award will be

deposited before the Claims Tribunal within six weeks. In the light of

the said statement, execution and implementation of the impugned

judgment is stayed till the next date.
