1. By this application the Applicant seeks stay to the execution and

implementation of the impugned judgment and award dated 27.04.2022

in MACP No. 1474 of 2012. Learned Counsel for the appellant stats

that the entire compensation, along with interest as per the impugned

judgment and award will be deposited before the Claims Tribunal within

four weeks.

2. In the light of the said statement, execution and implementation of

the impugned judgment is stayed till the next date of hearing.
