1. Heard Ms. Parasnis counsel appearing for the

petitioner/tenant. According to her, the suit of the respondent for

eviction was dismissed, however, the Appellate Court decreed the

same. As such, this petition.

2. Mr. Sayed Mohammad Arshad Zaidi identified through his

Aadhar No. 300071505351 claimed that he is holding power of

attorney for respondent/original plaintiff. He submits that time of

four weeks be granted to engage a lawyer and to file affidavit-in-

reply, if so, required.

3. Accordingly, adjourned to 16/09/2022.

4. In the meantime, warrant of possession may not be

executed.
