2. By the impugned judgment dated 07/07/2022 the Trial

Court dismissed the suit filed by the Appellant herein seeking to

restrain the Respondent -Corporation from dispossessing him and from

demolishing the suit premises i.e. Room No.19, J.J. Wadi, C.T.S.

No.260/1 to 37, R.C. Marg, Chembur, Mumbai pursuant to the notices

dated 09/12/2014 and 21/11/2014. It is stated that the interim relief

was operating in favour of the Appellant till the date of the impugned

judgment and that by order dated 08/07/2022 learned Judge,City Civil

Court, Mumbai, has extended the interim relief as to enable the

Appellant to challenge the said order.

4. Order dated 08/07/2022 to continue till the next date.

Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 24/08/2022. Private

service is permitted.
