1. Contention of Mr. Tejesh Dande is, the plaintiffs before the Mamlatdars were not examined as contemplated under Section 7 of the Mamlatdars' Courts Act. So as to substantiate aforesaid contentions, he has drawn support from the judgment of this Court in the matter of Gaurakshan Sansthan, Murtizapur Vs. State of Maharashtra & Ors. reported in 2019(6) Mh.L.J. 473.

2. In view thereof, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 20th August, 2022.

3. Service by private mode is permitted.
