1. By order dated 13 th April, 2022, Respondent No.1 was to

make payment of Rs. 20,65,476/- in two installments. The first

installment was of Rs. 10,65,476/- payable on or before 27 th April, 2022

and the second installment was of Rs. 10 Lakhs to be paid on or 18 th

May, 2022.

2. Over and above this, Respondent No. 1 was to file a written

undertaking in this Court within a period of one week from 13 th April,

2022, stating that the amount of Rs. 10,65,476/- as well as the amount

of Rs. 10 Lakhs, shall be paid by Respondent No.1 to the Petitioner on or

before 27th April, 2022 and 18th May, 2022 respectively.

3. When the matter is called out today, I am informed that the

1st installment of Rs. 10,65,476/- has been paid on or before 27 th April,

2022 and the written undertaking as contemplated in paragraph No.

10(c) of the order dated 13 th April, 2022 has also been filed in the

Registry. Considering that now the next installment is due on or before

18th May, 2022, place the above matter on board for compliance on 9 th

June, 2022.

4. This order will be digitally signed by the Private

Secretary/Personal Assistant of this Court. All concerned will act on

production by fax or email of a digitally signed copy of this order.
