1. Heard, the learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. The learned counsel submits that in Case No. 1033/PW/2014, which arose out of C.R. No. 296 of 2014, in which the petitioner is arraigned, by judgment and order dated 21 August, 2018, three of the co-accused have been acquitted.
3. The learned counsel thus submits that this petition which assails the order passed by learned Magistrate dated 24 th June 2015, rejecting the application for discharge deserves to be heard expeditiously.
4. The learned APP seeks time to work out the matter. Though the court is inclined to grant an adjournment. It is made clear that no request for further adjournment shall be entertained.
5. List for final hearing on 22nd June, 2022.
