Heard. Perused the impugned award.

2. The respondent/claimant was travelling in the auto- rickshaw, which met with an accident. From the policy of insurance, it appears that risk of the passengers in the auto-rickshaw was covered. The amount awarded is not more than Rs.60,000/-.

3. On perusal of the impugned judgment and award, I find it to be a case of no merit in the appeal. In view of the same, the appeal stands dismissed.

4. The amount in deposit be paid to the respondents/ claimants along with interest accrued thereon.
