2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the facts of this case are squarely covered by the judgment of this Court, in the case of Dr. Sau. Manik Narayanrao Mehare Vrs. State of Maharashtra, through its Secretary, Higher and Technical Education Department, Mumbai and others in Writ Petition No. 2241 of 2021 decided on 31st August, 2021.

3. Issue notice for final disposal at the admission stage to the respondents, returnable after four weeks.

4. Shri N.R.Patil, learned Assistant Government Pleader waives service of notice for respondent nos. 1 and 2.

5. To be tagged along with Writ Petition No.3474 of 2021.
