PER COURT:

1. The learned Advocate for the petitioner

submits that validation proceeding is pending with

respondent no. 2. The respondents be directed to

confirm the services of the petitioner as Peon.

2. The petitioner shall appear before the

Scrutiny Committee on 30.09.2021. The committee

may endeavour to decide the proceeding within six

(06) months from the date of appearance of the

petitioner.

3. Respondents no. 4 and 5 may consider the case

of the petitioner for provisional approval to the

services of the petitioner as Peon subject to the

decision of the committee in the validation

proceeding. The respondents may take further

course of action depending upon the Judgment that

will be delivered by the committee in the

validation proceeding.

4. Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed of.

No costs.
