By the impugned judgment the Court has directed to recover

disproportionate amount to the tune of 59,89,138/- from the Appellant

-accused No.1 from the immovable and movable assets of the

Appellant. By this application, the Applicant-accused No.1 has sought

stay of the said direction. Learned counsel for the Applicant seeks time

to fle an afdavit specifying the manner in which the Applicant would

secure the said amount.
