1. Mr. Bharucha appearing for the respondents states that on or before 4 th

September 2021, he will provide to the Advocates for the applicant-original

claimant the following information :-

(i) All particulars of the property, which is admittedly

mortgaged and is being redeveloped by constructing a

multi-storied apartment.

(ii) True copies of all agreements entered into thus far.

(iii) True copy of the sanctioned plan in respect of the

premises

(iv) Statement disclosing amounts received and to be

received from various flat purchasers.

2. Accordingly, I pass the following order :-

(i) Respondents-Judgment Debtors to furnish aforesaid

information to the applicant-original claimant on or

before 4th September 2021.

(ii) Affidavit-in-reply and affidavit-in-rejoinder, if any, to

be filed by 4th September 2021.

(iii) Inspection of all documents to be completed by 6 th

September 2021.

(iv) List the Chamber Summons on 14th September 2021.
