1. This is an application which seeks raising of attachment and the

restraint on the operation of inter alia on 57 bank accounts of the

Digitally signed by Judgment Debtor. The applicant is the creditor of the original SANDHYA SANDHYA BHAGU BHAGU WADHWA WADHWA Date:

26.chsl-1305-19.doc wadhwa award debtor who seeks to operate these accounts pursuant to

his appointment. The accounts were said to have been attached

pursuant to an order dated 29th April, 2015 in Chamber

Summons no.1447 of 2015. None of the parties today are in a

position to state as to the amounts available if any, in these

accounts.

2. Accordingly, Prothonotary and Senior Master is directed to

ascertain from these banks the amounts lying to the credit of these

57 bank accounts in diverse banks as set out in Exhibit A-1 to the

affidavit of authorized signatory of award holder dated March

2015. The banks in question are directed to provide the

information along with statements of account for the period past

attachment till date specifying separately whether any of these

amounts have accrued interest and if the amount of interest so

accrued, the statement shall be sent by email to the Prothonotary

and Senior Master. Registry shall upon receipt of the same place

it before the court.

3. The Liquidator is directed to provide the contact details of each of

the banks including their email addresses to the Prothonotary and

4. Liberty to apply after compliance with the bank.
