Mr. Madhur Agrawal a/w. Mr. Fenil Bhatt i/b Mr. Atul K. Jasani for the

CORAM : K. R. SHRIRAM &
AMIT B. BORKAR, JJ.
DATE : 12th OCTOBER 2021 P. C. :
Mr. Agrawal states that this petition which is for the Assessment Year 2015-2016 will also be covered by the earlier judgment and order of this Court dated 24/8/2021 in Writ Petition No.2760/2019 for the Assessment Year 2014-2015 and therefore the impugned notice dated 11/10/2018 along with impugned order dated 28/9/2019 be set aside.
2. Mr. Suresh Kumar in all fairness, as an officer of the Court agrees and says that the only difference will be the name of the bogus parties and the penny stock, otherwise the law as laid down squarely apply. Accordingly, notice dated 11/10/2018 and impugned order rsk 2/2 412-WP-2776-19.doc
dated 28/9/2019 are quashed and set aside.
3. Petition disposed accordingly.
