1. Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks relief to place on record the order passed below Exh.1 on 30/09/2021 by the Competent Authority, Rent Control Act, Konkan Division, Mumbai in Execution Application No.17 of 2021. By the said order, the Competent Authority has directed to issue a possession warrant and the Execution Offcer is nominated. The Execution Offcer is directed to give 24 hours notice to the Judgment Debtor before execution. The said order is taken on record and marked 'X' for identifcation.

2. In the wake of the urgency expressed, after the other side is served, list the Writ Petition on 21/10/2021. Till then the order passed on 30/09/2021 shall not take effect.
