PER COURT :-

1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant. He states that the

entire arrears approximately come to Rs.1,86,000/- and he will

deposit half of the amount within four weeks.

2. In view of this submission, impugned Judgment and order

dated 19th December, 2019 passed by the Judge, Family Court,

Osmanabad in izdj.k [email protected] is stayed subject to the applicant

depositing Rs.1,00,000/- (Rs.One lakh only) within four weeks and

on condition that he continues to deposit Rs.3,500/- (Rs.Three

thousand fve hundred) per month till decision of the revision

application.

3. Stand over to 17th November, 2021.
