1. By the said application, the applicant seeks stay of the effect and operation of the impugned Judgment/Award dated 21 st August 2017, passed in M.A.C.T. Palghar in MACT Application No. 22 of 2016. The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that he has a good case on merits and pending the adjudication of the Appeal, impugned Judgment and Award should be stayed. The Counsel for the Applicant also makes a statement that the applicant is ready to deposit the entire amount awarded in the impugned Judgment, in the Tribunal at Palghar within a period of four weeks from today.

2. Subject to the said deposit, there shall be stay of the effect and operation of the impugned Judgment.
