Heard both the sides. There is office objection about the limitation of 117 days. There is a pursis Stamp No.01/2021 filed by the appellant. Read that pursis. The First Appellate Court delivered the judgment on 09/12/2020. The period of second appeal expired on 25/03/2021. At that time the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in suo motu writ petition thereby extending the period of limitation was in force. In view of that the office is directed to register the appeal. This be presumed that the appeal is filed in time.
Matter be kept on 20/10/2021 for hearing on admission. The execution of decree so as to hand over the possession was stayed by this Court on 08/09/2021. It be continued till the hearing of admission will be over.
