By the present Application, the Reliance General Insurance Company Ltd., is seeking condonation of delay of 101 days in instituting the First Appeal challenging the Judgment and Award dated 15/10/2019 in M.A.C.P. No.817 of 2016. In paragraph No.3 of the Application, the delay which had occasioned is sought to be justifed and it is attributed to the administrative reasons.
