4. The petitioners are strongly relying upon the judgment of the Aurangabad Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No. 4202 of 2012 in the case of Prashant s/o. Anandrao Borse & Ors. Vs. The State of Maharashtra & Ors. dated 21.01.2014 as also order of Aurangabad Bench in Writ Petition No. 6371 of 2019 filed by Sharad Ramchandra Kulkarni & Ors. Vs. State of Maharashtra. Learned AGP states that the judgment delivered by Aurangabad Bench in Writ Petition No. 6371 of 2019 is under review in the Review Petition (Stamp) No. 19229 of 2021 pending before the Aurangabad Bench. This Court will consider

the effect of the pending review petition on the next date.
