2. Applicant's conviction under Section 138 of the

Negotiable Instrument Act in Summary Case

No.1786/SS/2015 was confirmed in Appeal No.

254/2018 by judgment and order dated 16 th January,

2020 by the learned Sessions Judge.

Revision Applciation No.201/2020 :

3. Applicant's conviction under Section 138 of the

Negotiable Instruments Act in Summary Case

No.1785/SS/2015 was confirmed in Criminal Appeal

No.253/2018.

4. Feeling aggrieved by the conviction and

sentence, these Revisions are preferred. Mr. Bardeskar,

learned Counsel for the applicant has filed an

Undertaking of the applicant who is an Advocate by

profession, vide which applicant has undertaken to

deposit Rs.8,50,000/- (Rs. Eight Lakhs Fifty Thousand)

as per schedule of payment set-out in para-2 of the

Undertaking.

5. The Undertakings are taken on record and

marked "X-1" and "X-2" for identification. In view of the

Undertakings, the applicant shall deposit the amount in

the 27th Court, Metropolitan Magistrate at Mulund in

Summary Case No.1786/SS/2015 and in Summary Case

No.1785/SS/2015.

6. List both the applications to verify the

compliance of the Undertaking on 16 th November, 2021

under the caption of 'orders'. Till then, the warrant

issued against the applicant in execution of the impugned

sentence, is stayed.
