The judgment dated 06.11.2017 in para 8(ii) holds as under :

" 8.(ii). It is held that the petitioner is entitled for absorption /promotion as Assistant Teacher w.e.f. the date on which Shri G.U. Avinashe and Shri Dange were absorbed / promoted as Assistant Teachers. The seniority of the petitioner shall be fixed according to the rules and the name of the petitioner be placed accordingly in the seniority list ."
